Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or personalized products
• Products with signs of wear or damage
• Beauty and skincare products (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process
