Refund & Returns Policy

๐ Returns
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

- ๐ Sale or discounted items
- ๐ Custom or personalized products
- โ ๏ธ Used, worn, or damaged items
- ๐ Beauty & skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return:

- ๐ฆ Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) โ returns without a valid RAN may be delayed or rejected.
- ๐ Ship the item back โ return shipping costs are the customerโs responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
๐ฐ Refunds
Approval Process:
- Refunds are issued only after inspection to ensure the returned items meet our eligibility criteria.
Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds May Apply If:
- Items are damaged, used, or incomplete.
- The return does not meet our return policy requirements.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fees (including express shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or the return was due to our error.

Exchanges are only allowed for items of the same value. If you need a different item, you must first complete the return process and place a new order.
- โณ Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Resolution:
- We will investigate your claim and may request the item be returned at no cost to you before issuing a replacement or refund.
๐ฆ Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order is marked as “Delivered”, Premium Design Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What You Can Do:
