Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • ๐Ÿ”– Sale or discounted items
  • ๐Ÿ–‹ Custom or personalized products
  • โš ๏ธ Used, worn, or damaged items
  • ๐Ÿ’„ Beauty & skincare products (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return:

  2. ๐Ÿ“ฆ Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) โ€“ returns without a valid RAN may be delayed or rejected.
  3. ๐Ÿšš Ship the item back โ€“ return shipping costs are the customerโ€™s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Approval Process:

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection to ensure the returned items meet our eligibility criteria.

Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • Items are damaged, used, or incomplete.
  • The return does not meet our return policy requirements.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees (including express shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or the return was due to our error.

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered”, Premium Design Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
